Which city do you live in, and why should designers visit?
Our design hub is located between Bolzano and Milan, where our offices are based. We also spend a lot of time in Nice, as our next goal is to establish a branch there. These three highly contrasting environments are something everyone should experience: the beauty of nature by the sea, the energy of the urban landscape, and the calm of the mountains. They offer invaluable inspiration and provide a rich source of input that greatly benefits the design process.
How do you adapt through feedback without compromising your vision?
We choose ideas based on their relevance, potential, and alignment with the project. Above all, sustainability is our core filter, and every decision flows from it. If an idea is exciting but not sustainable in the long run, we let it go. The right ideas are those that inspire and endure.
What strengths does your team bring that others might not have?
Our team brings a unique combination of multidisciplinary expertise and a shared set of values. While we come from different backgrounds — design, architecture, research, and more — our overarching strength lies in our professionalism, our deep connection to nature, and our relentless optimism. We approach every project with the belief that it can contribute to a more sustainable world. That mindset not only fuels our creativity but also keeps us grounded and focused on long-term impact.
