ProtoPie helps designers turn their ideas into prototypes. Driven by the desire for stronger growth on the North American market, the advert underscores that, although the company is based in Seoul, it is equally at home in the American design community. The film addresses a problem familiar to every creative talent around the world: ideas stuck in the head are worthless. In order to translate this insight into images, the film presents a world in which thought bubbles become physical objects. The unrealised ideas in these thought bubbles are a burden to their owners – until the moment when they are transformed into a prototype.
