Entertainment App for the Blind

Visually impaired people heavily rely on hearing TV shows for their entertainment. However, due to insufficient voiceactors in the Chinese entertainment industry and limited budgets, using the same voice-actor for multiple characters is a common practice in China. This app improves the listening experience by using facial recognition to identify different characters in TV shows and by modulating their voices in order to make them more distinguishable. It also shortens the time when there are no lines, so that the visually impaired need not wait too long without hearing any voices.
