SAM-932 – Garak Market Water Tower Project

The decommissioning of a former water tower presented Seoul with a unique opportunity for an innovative urban regeneration project. In close collaboration with the American installation artist Ned Kahn and with the active involvement of local residents, a relaxed art space and community gathering place were created.
