Andrew Michael Payne is a leading Global Creative Director with over 25 years of experience in brand transformation through creativity, design, and strategic communication. A graduate of Communication and Design at UCE, Andrew currently serves as Chief Design and Experience Officer and Global Creative Chair at Interbrand, and over the years has worked with many of the world’s best global brands —including LEGO, BMW Mini, Siemens, Philips, Allianz and Ferrari to name but a few.

Operating across diverse geographies and business categories, Andrew has aimed to build enduring brand value and growth through innovative creative solutions and holistic brand experiences, his leadership contributing to Interbrand’s global creative excellence and industry acclaim, notably earning the title of “Red Dot Agency of the Year” in 2020.

A respected voice in the industry, Andrew is a regular judge and chair at premier international advertising and design awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, iF, and Red Dot. He is a passionate advocate for raising the standards of creativity and design, continually championing Interbrand’s creative recognition on the world stage.
