Daniel Leyser

Daniel Leyser is Global CEO of MetaDesign, the international brand consultancy of the Publicis Groupe, with a presence on three continents. He has been managing MetaDesign Germany since 2019 and took on overall international responsibility in 2022. In the same year, MetaDesign was named “Red Dot: Agency of the Year”. Founded in 1979, the agency is one of the most renowned in the field of branding and has received numerous national and international awards. Daniel Leyser is also a member of the Country Leadership Team of Publicis Groupe Germany. He holds a degree in marketing and communications and has more than 20 years of international experience in brand management, communications, and strategic consulting.

Prior to his CEO role, he was Managing Director and Head of Clients at MetaDesign's Berlin office, where he was responsible for the Volkswagen account globally. Other career milestones include positions at brand consultancy Greenkern in Beijing, Rapp/Omnicom, and Lowe Lintas. 

He is passionate about the power of brands to shape relevant dialogues and creatively solve complex business challenges.
