Atelier Brückner — Form follows content.

ATELIER BRÜCKNER conceives and designs exhibitions and architecture. Since 1997, it has been creating scenographies that set standards. Spaces are created that tell stories and convey knowledge. Immersion and interaction lead to longer visits and to identification with the content. ATELIER BRÜCKNER is based in Stuttgart, Germany, and in Seoul, Korea. 120 employees from different countries and cultures make the atelier a truly international one.

How would you define good communication design?
Form follows content.

Where do you see future challenges in communication design?
In digital scenography.

To what extent do you think new technologies are changing design?
The real and virtual space are going to merge.

Why did you become a designer?
To make the impossible possible.

How do you remain creative and continue to come up with innovative solutions?
It is culture, art and architecture all around the world that keep us curious. It is often coincidences that kindle innovative solutions.

What does it take to be successful as a communication designer?
The exhibition designer has an eye on future visitors.
