The KION Group’s annual report concept stands out due to the way in which it links its print and online version. A separate brochure, in the form of a leporello, is inserted into the report. It introduces readers to its topics and piques their curiosity for the online report. The printed version has another surprise in store. When opened, the pages turn into a large poster which illustrates the range of the company’s material handling solutions by showing an idealised warehouse. The title of the report, “Eine neue Ära” (A New Era), was derived from the PR communication of previous months.
