To bring 9,000 employees worldwide into contact with a newly developed employer brand, this book was created. The new claim “Röchling is everywhere” led to the idea of carrying out a photo campaign at more than 80 company locations. The task was to take photos which make the personal views of the company values visible. The connecting element is a location marker with the Röchling coat of arms. This results in almost 1,000 pictures – from a bike tour through the Alps to a dive in the Pacific. For selected pictures, the background stories are researched and printed in the language of the respective country. To say thank you, the book has finally been distributed at all locations and will be used for future recruitment efforts.
