Active Twist and Kubus 2

Franke Küchentechnik is known as a manufacturer of high-quality kitchen systems, which is why the development of Active Twist and Kubus 2 in collaboration with NOA Intelligent Design followed the design goal of merging two product categories on an aesthetic and functional level. Guided by a focus on user needs for integration and performance, Active Twist emerged as an innovative fitting: it offers the possibility not only to fill the sink, but also to empty it easily, safely and hygienically. For this purpose, a mechanical drain valve was integrated into the fitting that does not consume any electricity and through which accumulated water can be drained at any time. The installation also no longer requires a separate drain regulator. Aesthetically, the fitting combines with the sink in stylish, minimalist lines that are defined by a consistent colour scheme throughout. The strong matt black surface creates a harmonious, integrated look between the tap and the sink and impresses with its silky feel. For a high quality of use, the size of the sink is designed so that even large cookware can be cleaned in it. An integrated accessory level for placing matching accessories provides additional flexibility.
