Using artificial intelligence, the S4 intra-oral scanner automatically generates a 3D model of the dental impression in real time and in realistic colours. Due to its light weight and streamlined silhouette, the unit fits ergonomically in the user’s hand. In addition, the finely balanced centre of gravity and the matt surface of the handle prevent the device from slipping out of the hand. The unit is controlled via a single button that is easy to feel even without looking. The narrow camera head facilitates access to the inside of the mouth and makes the scanning process comfortable for the patient.
