AID+ is an APP that assists caretakers with their patients in the event of sudden illness. It teaches some basic first-aid knowledge and provides an emergency function. Users select the type of illness according to the patient's symptoms, enter the scan function and dial for first-aid using the one-touch emergency call function. While waiting for medical personnel to arrive, use the tips in the APP to locate the injury and place it in the scanning frame. Then, systematic instructions are promptly provided by the AR technology. The user only has to follow the steps to seize more time for first aid.
AID+ uses AR technology to achieve a higher functional value in a medical emergency. The APP allows users to organise or participate in real-time professional first-aid learning. The AR technology calculates the location and angle of the camera image in real time and adds the corresponding image—the goal of which is to allow users to interact virtually with other users and professionals around the world. All in all, the AR system has three prominent features: information integration of the real and virtual world, real-time interactivity, and the ability to superimpose a virtual object in a 3D space.
