Plants use their roots to purify the air. The Airy plant pot is made in such a way that the roots of the plant it holds transform eight times as many pollutants into usable nutrients as they would in a conventional one. Air enters through ventilation slots and reaches the roots by means of the stack effect. In addition, the construction of Airy is designed to provide plants with an environment that promotes plant growth. The pot also comes with a built-in water-level indicator.
