The aim behind this product concept was to develop a steak and table knife that meets the high quality standards of a kitchen knife. The interplay of the blade material, cutting-edge shape and handle design is geared towards intuitive handling. To make cutting easier, the wide blade surface tapers into a particularly sharp cutting edge. The handle is shaped so that the knife can be laid down without the blade coming into contact with, and thus soiling, the tabletop.
