The Akan remote controls are inspired by Japanese culture. The harmoniously coordinated devices present themselves in a soft, natural pebble shape that conveys a sense of calm and serenity. Thanks to an ergonomic button layout, users can comfortably reach all essential functions using just a thumb. The prime functions are underlined by colour-contrasting rubber buttons and raised details in the middle, which also contribute to the pleasant tactility of the devices. In addition, content can be accessed by voice command.

Statement by the Jury

These remote controls appeal to the user on an emotional level through their pleasant tactility and harmoniously balanced shapes. In this way, they contribute to a relaxed TV-watching experience.
