Akrovatis

The Akrovatis hanging lamp was inspired by the grace and balance of an acrobat in the circus ring. Made from aluminium, it features two separate light sources connected by a round joint: a diffuse ambient light for soft illumination and a focused spotlight for precise, targeted lighting. Thanks to its special design, the lamp can be rotated, allowing users to direct the light exactly where it is needed. The slender silhouette and metal surface give the light a crisp, contemporary aesthetic.

Statement by the Jury

The harmonious interaction of form and function in the Akrovatis creates a striking spatial impact and enables the lamp to achieve a nuanced lighting effect.
