The Amsterdam Sinfonietta, an independent music ensemble founded in 1988, refreshed its visual identity so as to broaden the string orchestra’s audience and rejuvenate its public profile. The new identity is defined by a bold logotype and typographic palette. Thus consistent across all communications, the identity offers ample leeway for adaptation in terms of colour palette and illustrations, reflecting the ensemble’s diverse repertoire, as well as the rich and varied nuances of music in general. The posters of this series respond graphically to the performance’s musical themes.
