An important feature of modern flat screens is their depth. The thinner the device, the better it can be placed in a space-saving way, or mounted flat to a wall. The Square TV achieves its exceptionally slight depth through a differentiated redesign of the interior layout. Mainboard and powerboard have been placed directly under the panel in order to minimise depth. This television draws stability from its square shape so that no additional components are required.
