Archetype

This model is called Archetype because its form is reminiscent of the classic lamps of the 1950s. It features a warm-white 12-watt LED with E27 socket between the external shell made of lacquered aluminium and the internal transparent polycarbonate diffuser. This allows the whole lamp to be simply screwed as light source into a traditional light bulb socket.

Statement by the Jury

Due to its unique and innovative construction, the Archetype makes modern LED technology compatible with traditional sockets. In addition, the lamp impresses with its formal austerity and functional minimalism.
