Arpino OXS Design Line

As a part of globalisation, metropolises around the globe have moved closer to each other in terms of their aesthetic look. The Arpino OXS urban furniture line aims to face the challenges of the new global city, imagining it as a place of autonomy, community and connectivity. Its design is inspired by a notion of what it means to inhabit common spaces that are used day and night and which accommodate and include all cultures. The line therefore offers a variety of different products, including elegant urban lighting and wayfinders, airy pergolas and multimedia kiosks, as well as tree guards, bins, benches and bollards. The individual elements of the design line all share the same concept of modular and neutral forms that are highly adaptable to different spaces, ranging from housing estates and public plazas to schools and shopping malls. They project a sleek, zinc-free range of steel pieces that have been designed specifically for contemporary urban spaces and which are available in stainless steel or powder-coated steel. The powder-coated steel models are closer to the nature with an earth tone colour palette that ranges from deep red, green or bronze to grey, blue and black. The products of this series combine functionality, flexibility and minimal, inclusive design aesthetics, making them blend harmoniously into urban surroundings.
