The B3 Moving Image Biennial 2013 takes place in Frankfurt/Main. The organiser is the Offenbach University of Art and Design (HfG Offenbach). The event provides an international platform for film and TV producers, artists, designers, scientists, technology providers, industry professionals and emerging talents. The visual identity of the biennial uses the eye-catching effect of psychedelic images. An artistic, graphic technique creates the illusion of pulsating images that appear to be animated. The motifs are used on advertising posters as well as at the event itself.
