The vegetable slicer and shredder set for the Bistro stand mixer is made of BPA-free, transparent plastic, making it easy to clean. All parts are dishwasher safe. Fine or coarse shredding, slicing or grating goes smoothly and easily: one of the four stainless steel grater drums which are included in the scope of delivery is inserted in the lower area of the attachment. The food is pressed into the cutting unit by a red rod and comes out at the bottom sliced, shredded or grated.
