Bosch eBike Systems – The Smart System comprises an app, battery, display, control unit and drive unit, as well as an anti-lock braking system for optimised braking and improved stability. The components are all connected within the system and, thanks to their modularity, can be used with any type of bike. The functions are controlled via the app and can be customised to the respective requirements – be it weekday commute or weekend trail adventure. “The combination of high-quality hardware and digital features enhances the e-bike experience, as well as the safety and efficiency, without disrupting the appearance of the bike,” said the jury.
