The building is located on hills in an area with beautiful mountain views. The overall design concept was inspired by the structure of the mountain landscape. By breaking with traditional architectural ideas and redefining the notion of beauty in architecture, this project aims to awaken divergent associations in the eye of the beholder. To achieve this, the traditional construction methods had to be changed and it was necessary to develop a complex new wall structure.

Statement by the Jury

The building combines isolation with openness. The rooms that have thus been developed create a feeling of open space just as if one were walking through a mountain landscape.
