Paddu is a traditional South Indian dish, small round pancakes made from rice and black lentil batter, which can be seasoned to be either spicy or sweet. The iron cast Paddu pan with nine cavities is manufactured using a special moulding technique. The bottom of the pan is designed to be energy efficient and compatible with gas stoves as well as induction, electrical, and traditional wood or charcoal stoves.
