Composite Board for Outdoor Furniture

This composite board for outdoor furniture is not only light in weight, but also highly durable and resilient. It is made of foamed material and several layers of carbon fibre that are bonded using a thermosetting resin. The firmness of the board can be adjusted by changing the number of carbon fibre layers. That makes it possible to increase the hardness two- or three-fold. When doing so, the weight only goes up by 10 to 20 per cent. The board can be cut to any dimension required.
