The Comprehensive and Rapid Detector for Food Safety is designed to detect pathogens in food. It is characterised by high throughput and fast response times: Up to 16 harmful factors can be detected at the same time within nine minutes. The four detection modules can be assembled as required, opening up a wide range of test scenarios. The jury particularly liked “the reduced style without visual breaks, which skilfully gives the user the impression of a precise and at the same time robust instrument”. The low weight and compact dimensions also offer flexible placement options.
