Convotherm 4 is a new generation of combi steamers for the professional kitchen. It combines technology, simple operation and hygiene with clear and well-conceived design. The product family consists of seven sizes, each with six basic configurations. A consistent, intuitive operating logic is present in both concepts (easyTouch and easyDial) and simplifies the work. Function elements such as the door handle appear rigorous, yet they are at the same time convincing with a high degree of ergonomics.
