This colander, made of recyclable polypropylene, was designed to ensure ease of use. The arrangement of the holes protects hands from rising steam when draining food. The holes are splayed from the outside to limit starch stagnation, facilitate the escape of liquids and cleaning of the colander after use. Four support feet are integrated into the sinuous profile and thus give the colander excellent stability.
