The heat created is dispersed internally throughout the entire housing and dissipated through the outer structure. The cooling fins are directed towards the pivoting support arm. They are open so as to facilitate cleaning at regular intervals. The outer layer of the convection zone is smooth in order to form a single unit with the front panel.
