DesignLine LED TV (46”, 55”) PDL8908S/12
Human vision is an immensely complex process. People’s eyes are assailed by vast amounts of information, which is only transformed to produce a complete image in the brain after light’s electromagnetic waves have been processed. Through the innovative use of full-glass integration in its screen, the Philips DesignLine LED TV allows viewers to see and experience television images in a completely new way. With a shape characterised by a slim, minimalist frame, this television has immense appeal even when it is turned off. Metaphorically, it also shapes the new experiences this television offers when switched on. The use of gradient glass creates a unique look: the colours on the coated glass surface of the screen seamlessly transition from light to dark. This effect gives viewers the impression of a television that floats freely in space. It has a fascinating lightness, which suits every type of environment, while creating a sense of homeliness. As the Philips DesignLine LED TV comes fully equipped as a smart TV, users have access to the Internet and can easily navigate through the programmes on offer. The design of this TV gives the viewing of television images an entirely new aesthetic appeal.

The effect this ultra-slim appliance has on viewers is remarkable: it appears to float in the room.
