With the objective of transparency, the concept of the digital portal Diia involved the development of the UX / UI and the creation of a design system for Ukraine government websites. It contains all federal services and gives users the possibility to order them directly from an electronic device. The services have been considerably simplified. Thus, thanks to a redesign of the private entrepreneur registration, for example, the number of fields a citizen needs to fill in has been decreased from 58 to 7. Every step of ordering a service is accompanied by tips and assistance.
