Osteoporosis patients must undergo regular X-ray examinations and bone density measurements, which involves exposure to radiation in both cases. This X-ray detector in cassette format uses two types of X-ray sensors, allowing a single exposure to produce both a regular image and an image indicating bone density. Thus, the patient only needs to be examined and exposed to radiation once. Its exterior coating in matt black adds an aesthetic appeal to the detector.
