The Dry Ager is an aging and presenta- tion fridge in which meat can age visibly under optimised climatic and hygienic conditions. By means of an electronic control, temperature and humidity can be exactly regulated. Even in case of great variations in the ambient temperature, new technologies sustain an optimal microclimate and ensure continuous sterilisation inside the fridge.

With its purist metal body and its large glass door, the Dry Ager attracts attention to the meat in the interior and stages the aging process.
