Dubai World Expo Korea Pavilion
“The Journey of Wonder” was the main theme of the Korean Pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai. To create a fully immersive experience, mobile phones were provided to each visitor. This allowed them to participate in new mixed reality experiences and engage with the message that Korea is a country with limitless mobility. Another special feature is the kinetic facade which lends dynamism to the pavilion and communicates technical progress. To this end, 1,597 rotating cubes were used, which, among other things, create constantly changing patterns.

A well-thought-out use of smart technology and expressive aesthetics define the design concept of this exhibition pavilion.
