DuneShift Extreme Trail: Thermal-Responsive Tent
DuneShift XT is a zero-energy, thermally responsive tent using dual-modal photonic textiles inspired by the Namibian chameleon's thermoregulating skin. Through phase-change textile technology, the tent switches between solar heating and radiative cooling to ensure all-weather comfort. Its fabric integrates graphene-coated thermochromic microcapsules and high-emissivity BaSO₄ particles. A CFD-optimised crescent canopy reduces turbulence, improves wind resistance, and fosters a tranquil microclimate.
