This elegant juicer provides a screw press technology, by means of which the fruit is particularly slowly and gently juiced. Thereby, the yield of juice is about 55 per cent higher than by centrifugal juicers. The concise porcelain screw was formed in 17 operations at 1,200 degrees Celsius and thus has a very hard, dense surface which is resistant to colouration and bacteria. The housing is made of stainless steel, is scratch-proof and easy to clean. The large feed chute makes filling easy.
