The Edge 1050 is a GPS cycling computer with a high-resolution colour touchscreen display for maps and performance data. Combined with the Garmin Connect app, it provides information about road conditions, messages for group rides and live leaderboards. For personalised training, the device supports Garmin Coach adaptive training plans as well as performance and recovery analysis. A built-in speaker provides navigation and training prompts and also serves as a bicycle bell.
