Eye control, for example, allows the focus point to move simply by tracking the photographer’s eye movements within the viewfinder. Despite its compact dimensions and the markedly reduced weight, the EOS R1 also sets new standards in terms of performance. With up to 40 photos per second in continuous shooting mode and smart autofocus technology, it is ideal for capturing dynamic, fast-moving subjects.
