The Excen high-speed chip mounter showcases a particularly slim design and thus achieves extremely high productivity per area. It features four gantry robots and a dual-lane system that allows independent mounting from both sides of the circuit board and a product change without stopping the machine. The feeder can be supplied with components automatically thanks to the automatic docking function of the docking cart. Control buttons with icons and an adjustable touchscreen enhance user-friendliness. The blue handle forms a distinctive contrast and stands out from the otherwise white-grey machine in an eye-catching way.

The Excen sets new standards in chip mounting because it increases productivity as well as efficiency through its compact construction. Thanks to a high-quality design, it also improves usability.
