The EXCT linear gantry is more dynamic than conventional linear gantries and can be scaled to a wide range of strokes. It is mainly used in production processes with high cycle rates, such as in electronic manufacturing, medical technology and end line packaging. The portal achieves its high speed thanks to its fixed servomotors and revolving toothed belt. Due to these design features, less mass has to be set in motion, which results in a lower use of energy and fewer vibrations, thus also reducing wear and tear.
