The EyeBus service acts as a middle agent between the visually impaired passenger and the bus driver. When a passenger sends a request via the EyeBus App, it connects to the bus’s telematics system and notifies the bus driver. The informed bus driver then pulls over at the designated bus stop’s priority boarding point, providing a safer service that reduces the level of risk and anxiety for visually impaired passengers.
