Faggio

Faggio means “beech” in Italian and is a playful floor lamp in the shape of an abstract tree. Each of its “branches” consists of modular elements so that users can build up the lamp themselves individually and thus create various lighting atmospheres. The lamp is made entirely of aluminium and offers precise control options. Its shape and size are easily extendable by simply adding more “branch” modules. With its minimalist design this lamp presents itself as an elegant interior design element featuring a touch-control interface with breath-rhythm LED indicator.

Statement by the Jury

This floor lamp merges aesthetics with lightness – expressed both in its filigree shape as well as in its ingenious appearance of a tree. In addition, its sophisticated construction leaves room for individual decorative arrangements.
