Sightseeing Ticket Design

Formosa – Rivers, Mountains, Birds

This series of train tickets was developed for the Formosa Express, a popular tourist train in Taiwan. The tickets are designed to encourage passengers to go on further sightseeing trips. A total of 24 pictures of Taiwanese landscapes and wildlife is divided into three themes: rivers, mountains and birds. Placed side by side, the pictures embody a panorama of nature. Delicate colours and harmonious compositions create a visual language that is picturesque, stimulating and full of serenity. After the trip, the tickets make decorative souvenirs, which can be stored in specially designed luggage tags.
