GOODO design office
The interior design of this office space follows the core ideas of sustainability and environmental protection and is guided by parametric design and processing methods. The office comprises two levels, with the upper one created by suspending a baseplate that is only 18 mm thick. The main building material is an iron plate from which individual components, such as the staircase and ceiling structure, were laser cut. The individual parts can be easily assembled with the help of metal or wooden mortice and tenon joints.
Statement by the Jury
An innovative construction method and an environmentally friendly use of materials characterise the interior design of the GOODO design office.
