This stabiliser can be fitted to standard stretcher handles to minimise movement and reduce the risk of further patient injuries. It has an internal balance stabilisation system that comprises two parts: a momentum balance system that suppresses rotational shaking and a spring balance system that suppresses linear shaking. This structure effectively counters bumps and vibrations to maintain stability during transportation.
