This corporate film tells the history of the company HARTING, whose Han industrial connectors are used in railway technology. Fittingly, a train serves as the leitmotif, both in the music and the footage, throughout the film. It rides through a manufactured 3D world in which the company’s history comes alive with historical photographs, posters and moving pictures. As the visual aesthetic changes from decade to decade so does the train, which – analogously to the technological progress of the company – becomes increasingly more modern until it reaches a high-tech apex.
