In this model the shoe brand, which is known for its flip-flops, combines its comfortable rubber outsole with a hand-stitched upper made of jute fibres and suede. The design features a foldable piece at the heel that enables the sneaker to also be worn as a slipper. The fibres of the upper decompose faster than conventional fibres. Their cultivation is the main economic activity for over 50,000 families living near the Amazon region.
