The HDD80-E horizontal directional drilling rig is electrically operated and thus reduces both noise levels and carbon dioxide emissions. The focus of the design was on the needs of the operating personnel and the visual appearance. The body and covers are made of robust sheet metal. The design of the basic body elements shows an interesting three-dimensional structure, while the framed doors create continuous harmonious lines. The corporate colour palette clearly differentiates body and machine structural elements.
