Helix

Helix is a newly developed lightweight single-aisle economy class seat that provides increased passenger space with more legroom and under-seat storage without affecting the cabin density. A contoured backrest and suspension between the seat surface and frame improve comfort. The design follows functional principles – technical elements remain visible, plastic components are minimised, and lines and details are precisely defined. This weight-optimised construction with exposed structural parts saves almost 1 kg per seat.
